For Acerta, HorecaPOS creates a timesheet with the hours worked per staff member per day. Acerta is a social secretariat in Belgium; you get the layout of the performance file from Acerta itself. Until that layout is available, you use the timesheet as a CSV with date, employee number, name, hours and turnover excluding VAT. You create it under Settings → Working hours → Payroll and scheduling.
