Connect Google Sheets to HorecaPOS

With the integration between HorecaPOS and Google Sheets, your sales figures are in a spreadsheet that updates itself. In a cell you enter =IMPORTDATA with the CSV address that the POS provides via the portal. Google then fetches the data itself. If you want every paid receipt as a new row, the POS sends the receipts in real time to Zapier or Make, which put them in your sheet.

What the integration with Google Sheets does

  • The POS must be paired with the customer portal for the CSV address
  • Data: receipts, products sold, payments and turnover per day, among others
  • The read key is in the address; nothing changes in the POS via the integration

BI and data export

Your sales and turnover from the POS in Google Sheets, for your own reports and dashboards.

This integration works straight away: the administrator switches it on in the POS settings and enters the Google Sheets details there.
