Connect ONVIF to HorecaPOS

With ONVIF you connect any camera or recorder that supports this open standard to HorecaPOS, such as Hanwha, Bosch, Uniview or Annke. You enter the address and a user and tap Fetch cameras; the POS then looks up the snapshot address for each video source itself. For each camera you see a snapshot that refreshes every few seconds. If logging in fails, also check that the time on the camera is set correctly.

What the integration with ONVIF does

  • The POS fetches profiles and snapshot addresses itself
  • Choose a name per camera and whether to show it
  • Image as a refreshing snapshot, not as a live stream
  • For brands without their own integration in the POS

Camera systems

View the camera footage from ONVIF on the POS.

This integration works straight away: the administrator switches it on in the POS settings and enters the ONVIF details there.
