With the integration between HorecaPOS and Piggy, guests collect points via a QR code on the receipt or a link in the emailed receipt and web shop. You enter the address of your Piggy customer portal, the Shop UUID and the account secret from the Piggy Business Dashboard. With a personal access token, the POS adds the points straight away if the guest with that email address is already a member; a new member is never created.
