Reservations from Formitable come into HorecaPOS, on the right table of your floor plan. In Formitable you set a webhook to the address of the POS. The POS recognises booking.created, booking.changed, booking.canceled, booking.checkin and booking.checkout. Keep the table names the same in Formitable and the POS, and the reservation will go on that table if it is free.
Bookings from Formitable appear in the POS, so you can open their table as soon as your guests arrive.
