With the integration between HorecaPOS and TheFork, your online reservations appear in the POS and on the floor plan automatically. The POS fetches today's reservations and those for the next 14 days via TheFork's API, and immediately when the webhook signals a change. If you cancel in the POS, that goes to TheFork too; TheFork cannot receive no-shows and arrivals. You request API access from TheFork.
