If you use Zenchef for reservations, they can also come into HorecaPOS and onto your floor plan. The Zenchef API is for partners only; you request access via help@zenchef.com. Until it is available, an integration service such as Zapier or Make can send the reservations as JSON to the webhook address of the POS. If Zenchef cancels or reports a no-show, the POS takes that over.
Bookings from Zenchef appear in the POS, so you can open their table as soon as your guests arrive.
