Connect Zoho Books to HorecaPOS

With the integration between HorecaPOS and Zoho Books, your daily turnover appears in Zoho Books automatically every day as a journal entry. You connect by logging in, by default via Zoho's European data centre, and choose the organisation if needed. The POS looks up your general ledger accounts by their code and posts turnover, VAT, payment methods and cash difference. Not all API fields are publicly confirmed, so have the first posting checked.

What the integration with Zoho Books does

  • Log in via OAuth, EU data centre by default
  • Journal entry with account codes from your chart of accounts
  • For the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Can also be exported as a generic CSV

International accounting

Daily takings, VAT and payment methods go from the POS to Zoho Books, with no retyping.

This integration works straight away: the administrator switches it on in the POS settings and enters the Zoho Books details there.
