With the integration between HorecaPOS and Addimat, every glass poured by the Addimat tap computer lands on the receipt as a PLU. Addimat uses its own protocol over a serial cable: messages between STX and ETX with an XOR check, to which the POS replies with ACK or NAK. For each tap you set up a PLU and link it to a product. The POS has a preset, but you have to request the documentation from Addimat, so the integration does not work straight away.
Whatever is poured with Addimat goes straight to the POS, so every glass poured is also paid for.
