With the integration between HorecaPOS and Drinkotec, every glass from the Drinkotec tap computer lands on the receipt as a PLU. Drinkotec was formerly called Hartec and comes from Switzerland. The system uses the Universal Credit protocol and sends a PLU per glass over a serial cable, one message per line. The POS has a preset ready, but you have to request the documentation from Drinkotec, so the integration does not work straight away.
Whatever is poured with Drinkotec goes straight to the POS, so every glass poured is also paid for.
