With the integration between HorecaPOS and the Gruber VISO tap computer, every glass poured lands on the receipt automatically. Gruber comes from Austria and Germany and is also used in the Netherlands and Belgium. The POS talks to the tap computer over the network, with messages between STX and ETX, an XOR check and ACK or NAK as the reply. You set a PLU for each tap; you agree the exact format with the installer.
Whatever is poured with Gruber VISO goes straight to the POS, so every glass poured is also paid for.
