The tap computer is connected to each POS with an interface cable and sends the PLU code per glass over a serial port at 9600 baud. Dashbar, Van Duijnen's analytics program, can also fetch the sales from the POS. Van Duijnen operates in the Netherlands and Belgium; have the installer check the format.
