Connect Berg Liquor Controls to HorecaPOS

With the integration between HorecaPOS and Berg Liquor Controls, every measured pour of spirits lands on the receipt. Berg dispenses spirits and sends a PLU per pour, optionally preceded by the terminal number; you create a separate PLU for each measure. The connection runs over a serial port at 2400 baud with 7E1, unlike most tap systems. The POS has a preset; have the installer check the format.

What the integration with Berg Liquor Controls does

  • Serial port, 2400 baud, 7E1, one message per line
  • Message: (terminal number +) three-digit PLU
  • One PLU per measure, linked to a product
  • Used in the United States and also in Europe

Tap systems and flow meters

Whatever is poured with Berg Liquor Controls goes straight to the POS, so every glass poured is also paid for.

This integration works via a file, or we can switch it on for you on request. Feel free to ask us what is possible for your business.
