With HorecaPOS and a Kegbot Kegboard, every pour lands on the receipt straight away, and the tap can be set to open only after the item is rung up. Kegboard v4 is open source: an ESP32 with flow meters and solenoid valves, with a public protocol, and this integration works straight away. On the board you set the reporting_url to the POS and in the POS you click Allow. With portion-controlled pouring, the board closes the tap itself when the quantity is reached.
Whatever is poured with Kegbot Kegboard goes straight to the POS, so every glass poured is also paid for.
