The flow meters send the tap and the number of ml per line to the POS via RS-232, and a pour without a table goes to Poured, where staff put it on a bill or reject it. You agree the exact format with the supplier.
Whatever is poured with Bevchek goes straight to the POS, so every glass poured is also paid for.
