HorecaPOS can receive pours from Easybar, so every spirit or cocktail from the system lands on the receipt. Easybar dispenses spirits and cocktails and sends a PLU per pour, over a serial port at 9600 baud with 8N1. You link each PLU to a product. Easybar is used in the United States and also in Europe; you agree the format with the supplier.
Whatever is poured with Easybar goes straight to the POS, so every glass poured is also paid for.
