Connect Sartorius to HorecaPOS

With the integration between HorecaPOS and Sartorius, you use an Entris or Quintix balance at your POS, for example for tea or herbs. The Entris II also works. Set the balance to SBI with automatic printing: it then keeps sending the weight itself, and the POS shows whether it is stable. The POS then calculates using the product's price per kilo.

What the integration with Sartorius does

  • Connect via RS232 or USB
  • 9600 baud, 8N1, Continuous protocol
  • If there is no unit after the weight, it is still moving

Scales

The POS reads the weight from the Sartorius scale itself and charges per kilo; no more typing in weights.

This integration works straight away: the administrator switches it on in the POS settings and enters the Sartorius details there.
