HorecaPOS reads incoming calls from your Asterisk phone system and immediately shows who is calling, with address and previous orders. The POS connects via the Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) over TCP, on port 5038 by default. In manager.conf you create a manager user with read = call. Then you enter the address, port, user and password in the POS.
