With a Yealink handset and HorecaPOS, the caller appears on the POS straight away, with name, address and latest orders. On the handset, go to Features → Action URL → Incoming Call and enter the address of the POS with ?nummer=$remote. Because the handset passes on the number itself, this works with any phone system and provider. You can also choose which lines or handsets count.
