With the integration between HorecaPOS and Issabel, you immediately see the customer and their order history on an incoming call. The POS talks to Issabel via the Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) on port 5038. You add a manager user in manager_custom.conf with read = call. In the POS you enter the address, port, user and password; calls are deleted after the retention period, 30 days by default.
When someone calls via Issabel, the POS instantly shows who it is, with their address and previous orders. Handy for phone orders.
