Connect VitalPBX to HorecaPOS

HorecaPOS connects with VitalPBX: on an incoming call you immediately see the caller's name, address and previous orders. The POS listens via the Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) on port 5038. In VitalPBX you create a user under Admin → Tools → Asterisk Manager Users with read permission call. Then you enter the address, port, user and password in the POS.

What the integration with VitalPBX does

  • AMI user via Admin → Tools → Asterisk Manager Users
  • Read permission call, port 5038
  • You can switch off the notifications per screen

Telephony (caller ID)

When someone calls via VitalPBX, the POS instantly shows who it is, with their address and previous orders. Handy for phone orders.

This integration works straight away: the administrator switches it on in the POS settings and enters the VitalPBX details there.
