Connect Grandstream to HorecaPOS

With a Grandstream handset, the number goes to HorecaPOS on every incoming call, so you immediately see who is calling. On the handset, under Action URL → Incoming Call, you set the address of the POS with ?nummer= and the variable for the caller's number. Which variable that is can be found in your handset's manual. This works with any phone system and provider.

What the integration with Grandstream does

  • Action URL on the handset under Incoming Call
  • Variable for the number: see the handset's manual
  • The POS searches the customer card, web shop, delivery platforms and reservations

Telephony (caller ID)

When someone calls via Grandstream, the POS instantly shows who it is, with their address and previous orders. Handy for phone orders.

This integration works straight away: the administrator switches it on in the POS settings and enters the Grandstream details there.
