HorecaPOS reads calls from a Grandstream UCM phone system and immediately shows who is calling, with address and previous orders. The POS uses the UCM's AMI: you create a user under Value-added Features → AMI with the call permissions. The port is 7777 on the UCM, or 5038. In the POS you enter the address, port, user and password, and it works for the handsets on the phone system.
When someone calls via Grandstream UCM, the POS instantly shows who it is, with their address and previous orders. Handy for phone orders.
