With the FRITZ!Box and HorecaPOS, you see who is calling on every call on your phone line. The POS reads the FRITZ!Box Callmonitor via TCP port 1012. You switch it on once by dialling #96*5* from a phone connected to the FRITZ!Box. In the POS you enter the address (fritz.box by default) and the port; handy for a smaller business that makes calls via its own router.
When someone calls via FRITZ!Box, the POS instantly shows who it is, with their address and previous orders. Handy for phone orders.
