With the integration between HorecaPOS and Voys / VoIPGRID, you immediately see who is calling on an incoming call. This also works with other providers that run on the VoIPGRID platform. In Freedom or the Platform, under Webhooks (call notifications), you set the address of the POS. The POS then shows the name, address and latest orders, including those from the web shop and Thuisbezorgd.
When someone calls via Voys / VoIPGRID, the POS instantly shows who it is, with their address and previous orders. Handy for phone orders.
