With a Snom handset and HorecaPOS, the customer appears on the POS for every incoming call. On the handset, go to Advanced → Action URL Settings → Incoming Call and enter the address of the POS with ?nummer=$remote. The handset reports the call itself, so it works with any phone system and provider. When you take a Delivery order, the delivery screen opens with name and address already filled in.
When someone calls via Snom, the POS instantly shows who it is, with their address and previous orders. Handy for phone orders.
